Remarkable Breakthrough (RBINC) provides housing-focused education, resource navigation, and community-based support designed to help Veterans experiencing housing instability strengthen housing readiness and identify practical next steps toward stability. Fresh Start: Stability & Holiday Support Day
Fresh Start: Stability & Holiday Support Day is RBINC’s community-based housing education initiative designed to support Veterans experiencing housing instability through practical education, resource navigation, and individualized next-step planning.
Building Stronger Foundations for Housing Stability: Fresh Start: Stability & Holiday Support Day brings housing-focused education and resource navigation into a community setting where Veterans can learn about housing options, strengthen application readiness, identify potential barriers, and develop practical next steps toward greater housing stability.
Fresh Start activities are offered as scheduled based on program capacity, community partnerships, and available resources. Each event is designed to provide practical information, meaningful community connections, and individualized guidance for participating Veterans.
What Veterans Receive:
- Housing education and application readiness support
- Resource navigation and referrals to community partners
- Individualized next-step planning based on personal goals
- Information about affordable housing opportunities and available resources
- Fresh Start Housing/Stability Support Bags, when available
- Food support at in-person events, when available
- Transportation assistance, when available
- Information about additional community resources and RBINC programs
Who Should Attend: Fresh Start is designed for Veterans experiencing housing instability or those seeking housing-related education, guidance, and supportive resources. Whether facing immediate housing challenges or planning for long-term stability, Veterans are welcomed into an environment focused on education, empowerment, and opportunity.
Community Partners: Fresh Start is designed to connect Veterans with relevant community resources. Participating organizations, when confirmed, will be identified for the event.

Fresh Start: Stability & Holiday Support Day is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 55 E. 18th Street, Antioch, CA.
Eligible Veterans may register online. Registration is required.
